I very much enjoyed my stay at Golden Tulip Hotel Al Barsha. I liked the location of the hotel and Mashreq metro stop was only a 4/5 minute walk from the hotel. This made travel throughout Dubai really easy for me. Using the metro is easy, fast and very inexpensive. Get the nol card and just top it up for easy travel on the metro and buses. I arrived early at the hotel and the staff were very helpful, they ensured that I had a comfortable place to wait until my room was ready, the staff did everything possible to accommodate my requests with regards to room location and facilities. I can't praise the hotel highly enough for their willingness to accommodate my requests. I very much enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, the Locker Room Bar on the first floor had a singer on during the evenings. The pool and the pool area is lovely. I enjoyed a few lovely pool days. I didn't use the gym/spa but if it's like everything else then I'm sure it is good.
